How to delete your account

3Select Delete Account
4Confirm your deletion request

For security reasons, you must be logged in to your account to complete the deletion process.

•Profile information (name, photos, bio, preferences)
•Matches, likes, and conversations
•Uploaded content
•Account and subscription data

Data that may be retained

•Anonymized logs for fraud prevention and security
•Transaction records required for legal and accounting purposes
•Transaction records processed via Stripe for legal and accounting purposes

Payment data and third-party processors

Payments on Orbt Social are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

When you delete your account, any personal data stored within Orbt Social is permanently removed. However, certain transaction records may be retained by Stripe for legal, regulatory, and financial compliance purposes.

These records may include billing information and transaction history, which are required for obligations such as tax reporting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

Account deletion requests are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your account and associated data are typically deleted within 30 days of your request, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
